2. Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (including but not limited to video content, downloadable materials, and online access) are final. Refunds for digital content are generally not available once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Physical Merchandise

For physical merchandise purchases:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost

4. Event Tickets

For event-related purchases:

  • Tickets may be refunded up to 7 days before the event date
  • A processing fee may apply to ticket refunds
  • In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued
  • Event postponements may offer refund options at our discretion
